We confined our search to the Costa Brava area as it is an area our family like, having the coast, countryside and weather, all the considerations which best suited our needs. Once we had identified the locality, we initially searched internet sites and discovered Costa Brava Fincas and a range of suitable properties in the locality. An added bonus was once we contacted Warwick, we discovered he was also English speaking. Once our requirements were known he was quickly able to identify a number of properties for us to consider on a planned trip to Spain which he felt would meet our specific needs. Warwick spent a great deal of time and effort, showing us the properties and an extensive view of the area that helped us immensely to feel that would be happy there. Once we had identified a property, he followed up queries with the seller that helped us make a firm decision about purchasing. Throughout our dealings with Warwick he has been highly professional and a real expert about the area, the process and legal framework and guided us through this effectively and openly. Laura, his assistant, has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us with local contacts, understanding the local legal protocols, thus making the transition easier.
