Costa Brava Fincas SL, is a legally registered Spanish limited Company with offices located in Platja d’Aro since 2010.
We don’t sell you a house, we find you a home! And that’s the difference. We are not part of a franchise, or part of some big corporation. And we are not after global domination.
We are a small, friendly, hard working team who take pride in finding our clients the right property in the right location at the right price.
With a combined experience of over twenty years of real estate in the local market, we have a fabulous knowledge of the Costa Brava plus a ton of important contacts.
LOCAL CLIENTS
For local based clients we will try to establish a meeting as soon as possible and get an understanding of your property criteria. For our overseas based clients, we can communicate with you via phone, email, whatsapp, video call and video conference.
PROPERTY SELECTION
Once we know what you are looking for, we will get busy sourcing a selection of suitable properties either directly from our own portfolio or from our database of local contacts.
VISIT SELECTION
From there on we handle the property visits, the negotiations, the contracts and paperwork plus introductions to all relevant professionals: bank, tax adviser, lawyer, architect, builder, property management, rental agency and much more.

HOW DO WE WORK?
At Costa Brava Fincas, we take the time to get to know you personally and listen to what you want.
Once we have an understanding of your criteria we will offer you a selection of our own villas, plus those from our colleagues in the local area, and arrange visits accordingly.
