With a central office in Platja d’Aro, plus a professional and multi lingual sales team, combined with a large database of local and international clients, we have the skills, contacts and expertise to sell your property in a professional and friendly manner.
If you are an Owner of a detached villa, townhouse, traditional masia, rustic finca, plot of land or apartment to sell within the local area, then contact us. We will visit your property, and provide you with a no obligation, free of charge valuation.
For overseas vendors we will contact your key holder, visit your property and provide you with a valuation.
Once we have an agreement between us, we will then undertake the following:
- - Contract a professional photographer to take pictures
- - Provide access to our network of architects for assistance with house documents
- - Publish your property on over 10 local and international portals
- - Send your property out to our database of more than 10,000 potential clients
- - Include your property on the Apialia network of 20 local agents (subject to exclusivity)
- - Attach a For Sale sign on your property
We will keep you regularly informed of client visits and their feedback.
Once we have found you a buyer with an agreed sale price, we will assist you with all aspects of the sale process including the Private Contract, relevant paperwork, notary, monies, etc.
